Gulf Dura Signs Agreement of Exclusive Agency with the Omani Ayyan International
Dubai - UAE, May 2009- Gulf Dura has signed an agreement with Ayyan International in the Sultanate of Oman; according to the agreement, the Omani company becomes the exclusive agent and distributor for the Thermo Concept product in the Sultanate of Oman. Mr. Nasir Kamal, GM at Gulf Dura Industries Ltd., has signed the agreement with Mr. Akmal Bash, GM at Ayyan International. By this agreement, Gulf Dura is almost approaching its annual target of foreign sales, which is 15 Million AED during its first year and in the aftermath of the global financial crisis. Gulf Dura Industries Ltd, another GGICO PLC Holdings venture, is an ambitious project specialized in the development, manufacturing and trade of high quality and technologically advanced electromechanical installations for construction.
