Introduction

The silent pipe system provides excellent sound insulation that places great importance to the quality and comfort of living in the contemporary era such as hospitals, hotels, residential and other buildings… the DrainoconceptSILENT® system is the latest innovation in sound insulation solutions for buildings. DrainoconceptSILENT® accessories help reduce noise in building installations due to their particular properties. They are made of polypropylene mineral material.

Characteristics of the DrainoconceptSILENT® System

DrainoconceptSILENT® pipes are manufactured in three layer technology:

  1. Outer layer is made of polypropylene plastic material showing high impact strength and rigidity.
  2. Middle layer is made of reinforced mineral material which will dampen impacts and vibrations so as to minimize noise pollution and sound waves.
  3. Inner layer is designed to prevent chemical attack and corrosion and is resistant to high temperature. This layer is also characterized by a smooth surface which enhances unobstructed flow of waste.

Fire Resistance:

DrainoconceptSILENT® product range meets the requirements of fire behavior of building materials and building components according to DIN 4102, fire classification B2.

 

Chemical Resistance:

DrainoconceptSILENT® pipes and fittings are highly chemical resistant for a wide range of chemicals used in building construction.

 

Heat Resistance:

DrainoconceptSILENT® pipes and fittings shows high resistance to hot water on the term performance up to 95°C.
