Applications of the Electroconcept® System
Electrical switches, plugs, and electrical and data wiring network conduits in virtually all buildings including villas, residential & office buildings, tower buildings & functional buildings such as schools, hospitals, hotels and stadiums.
Advantages of the Electroconcept® Conduit System
When builders, contractors and homeowners choose Electroconcept® Systems, they are comforted to know that their electrical installation will last, offering the following integrated advantages:
Quality Assurance ... Our Mandate
Electroconcept® was established with the mission of providing the highest levels of quality products to its clients. Electroconcept® products are produced according to numerous standards and regulations.
Our mandate is to exceed requirements stated by national and international authorities and institutions and for that to be achieved, our comprehensive quality control system starts at the very beginning from the time our required specifications are laid out, to the continuous control of receiver raw materials, the processing of the product which is checked regularly, packing stage, storage, shipping to the customer, and ends with the servicing and support system provided to our customers.
Electroconcept® prides itself on its though manufacturing process that is back-boned with state of the art machinery, well trained skilled professionals and continuous research and development. Deviations on quality are avoided through a stringent process of in-process data recording on the production lies that identify real-time changes in the process.
To guarantee quality Electroconcept’s state-of-art quality control labs are utilized to perform different dimensional, physical and chemical property tests. Our engineers undertake many tests to simulate the aging piping systems under working conditions. These tests include the performance tests, physical tests, dimensional tests, and many other tests according to the most stringent of standards.

All Electroconcept® product do not omit toxic gases in the case of fire, thus minimizing risk of developing dioxin or other lethal or harmful gases such as Hydrogen-Chloride.
Fire protection guidelines are set in accordance to national regulations. Electroconcept® materials fulfill requirements of fires class BS 4607. During construction, when installing piping systems in walls, ceilings and other building structures, changes may occur which will lower the fire resistance such as holes and mounting. Therefore, measures should be taken to restore the structure to its original fire resistance class by installing fireproof shields such as rock wool.
Due to the nature of UPVC, Electroconcept® products are highly chemical resistant for a wide range of chemicals used in building construction. PVC is prone to faster deterioration in hydrocarbons and chlorine based hydrocarbons in specific chemicals such as acetone and this should be avoided.
