To guarantee quality, an in-house state-of-the-art lab with a multitude of capabilities in testing instrumentation and equipment is utilized to perform all the different dimensional, physical and chemical property tests according to the required standards, in addition to simulating the performance of the various products under sever working conditions and simulating the aging process of piping systems. .


1. PPR pipes and fittings (according to DIN 8077/8078):

a. Visual appearance and dimensional test.
b. Hydrostatic pressure tests (short and long term) at varying temperatures and pressures.
c. Creep strength.
d. Impact strength.
e. Heat reversion.
f. Density test.

2. conceptPEX: PEX pipes and BRASS fittings (according to DIN 16892/16893):

a. Visual appearance, surface finish and dimensional test.
b. Hydrostatic pressure tests (short and long term) at varying temperatures and pressures.
c. Long-term hydrostatic pressure resistance.
d. Cross linking test.
e. Heat reversion.

3. 3. Electroconcept: PVC conduits and fittings (according to BS 61386-21/61386-22):

a. Marking, dimensions and construction tests.
b. Mechanical properties (Compression test, Impact test, bending test, flexing test, collapse test and tensile test).
c. Electrical properties test (Bonding test, high voltage strength test and insulating resistance test)
d. Thermal properties test (Resistance to flame properties).
e. Resistance to heat.

4. Drainoconcept: PVC drainage pipes and fittings (according to BS EN 1401/1329):
